| if all else fails check your eprom is still fitting snug. as they sit upside down they can come loose, especially if you have replaced it. this happened to me and i had my bike in a million bits on the side of the road before giving up in disgust! after being told to check mine and indeed finding this to be the problem i glued some foam to the inside of the lid to apply a little pressure to the eprom, no problems since.
