Yeah those nuts are made out of Swiss cheese or summat!You may have to take the adjusting rod out of the bike to get the nuts moving,then coat the threads in copper grease.
Well worth doing tho,I experimented by turning the adjuster half a turn at a time.(I dot punched a referance mark on the rod)Ideal set-up for me seems to be two full turns from standard.The bike turns in with a lot less effort.
