SW, Just had a look and he's sold it. Back on topic, unless you are very attached to a bike I would always go for the "best" standard bike you can. If you wanna stick with the "classic" shape thats got to be a 998 of some sort, the stretta engine is a leap forward. Flog yer 916 at the height of the selling season and buy a 998 at the bottom of the season. Engine swaps are a way forward in some cases but I would always be a bit concerned for re sale. Tuning can get very expensive on a bang for buck level, again resale might be an issue. Ray |
