Yep the "standard" preload setting is the minimum!
Yet it says standard half way up the adjuster!
Some folks,me included,seam to find that standard (as marked) plus two clicks is a good start for the preload.As for the damping,Ive set mine one full turn out from max hard.
Works for me!
