I have seen tools that facilitate the withdrawl of PINS from from connector blocks. They push the barbs down to allow pins to be withdrawn. Never looked to see whats needed to do Ducati Stuff.
Proper specialist electrical component suppliers can supply such tools, CPC, farnells, RS maybe.
An alternative might be to source some OEM type pins and snip wires and carefully pull the pins through, thats pretty much the last resort though as its easy to damage the connector block.
Not sure if this will help or not as I've never messed with Ducati Wiring beyond bodging up my own sidestand cutout bypass that lets the bike run on the sidestand but cut if you leave the sidestand down and select a gear, done a few car engine/ECU looms.
