We have had a message from Ducati Aylesbury pointing out that there are a number of defamatory remarks regarding their service department and they are in the process of resolving this issue with the customer.

We are told that "...not all of the pertinent facts are represented in the thread and several of your members are showing us in a very unfair light...."

As in many situations like this, there is always two sides to the story and we only have one represented here. I suggest we leave the relevant people to sort out the problem first before jumping onto the criticism band-wagon.
