Talking Thanks folks...

My sincerest thanks to you all, especially Roy for keeping me in touch with you all. It's been very difficult for me to meet anyone except my local mates as I haven't been able to get around as much as I used to. A couple of years back I was running the Sussex section and covering nearly 200 miles every Sunday saying hi to friends in Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Kent, not to mention my trips with Mav to Germany!
Over the past year the only times I've been able to get to any meets at all is thanks to my darling wife Alison driving me there (do you think she only does it so she can drive my car though! ) so forgive me if I've lost touch with you my friends.
It's been hard on me not being able to ride for more than a year and my social life has all but evaporated but it's been even more stressful on Alison. She has not only had to ferry me around and put up with my bouts of depression but has had to forsake much of her own life with all the travelling back and forth to London. I've been off work for a year and my employer is keeping my job open thank goodness, but SSP doesn't go very far so my thoughts on an M1100S will have to wait, especially now the health insurance is bouncing off the limiter! LoL!
I'd like to take this opportunity to say a very public thanks to Alison for being so caring and patient in putting up with everything I've put her through this past year.
Now I'm home with most of the metalwork finally removed after my 7th spinal op in a year my back muscles will need a lot of time and exercise to rebuild but I'm sure I'll be seeing you all at some time during the forthcoming glorious summer so keep an eye out for a panzer coming up your way
Best wishes and ride safe,
Paul
