Can not comment on the models listed, but, I do have a Tom Tom 300 and it's great. I drive around 28,000 mile a year and in 9 months it's been wrong twice.
Also go to pocketgps and download the free map with speed camera locations, you can set the camera locations as point of interest and have the Tom Tom let you know when you are 500yd away from the selected point of interest, will give visual and audable warning
