| I think that you will gain more froma 54mm system because of your engine mods, I'd check with JHP - that's where you had the mods right?
Also, you might run into clearance issues (swingarm) with a 54mm system (mag swingarm!!!! required). You will also need different fueling etc, remapped PC or new chip?
Check with Mr Hackett I reckon.
