I read TOTW i&ii,
but prefer this book:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...560150-5838810 It is up to date - although still American, it gives a balance of both sport riding for the road as well as rack riding techniques. The explanations made more practical sense to me than TOTW - but each to their own.
