| Looks fairly genuine only with those fairings it is not a 98 model as they only had a small Ducati decal on the side.
Also the pipes that are in the photo look like 45mm mid section with the step with baffles in although difficult to tell from those pictures
Why not try and get a frame number and get it checked?
