| Adam, some slippers run a different pressure plate to the stock one. The teeth are machined out where it engaes with the drum. Not 100% on whether it's a requirement. Mine hasn't.
I'm pretty sure the 996R didn't get a slipper as standard from the factory though. Only the 748R is blessed with one for Supersport homogolation. |
