the tps looks exactly the same as the weber attached to the throttle body and plenum of a ford 1985 rs turbo. I have the work shop manual knocking around somewhere which tells you how to identify a technical issue with the TPS. Basically (till i find the manual) you use a voltmeter to test resitance of the 3 contacts on the TPS whilst moving it slightly left or right (whilst still connected to the butterfly's) till you find the centre point. Alternativly they were only £15 from ford . God forbid how much a ducati webber supplied one is ...add a zero? |
