Your bike looks great as do your wheels, very nice.
Those pipes are definitely something to drool over and I bet they sound awesome. I love the option regarding the removable baffles, very useful particularly around MOT time !!!
That’s the problem with the stock or standard pipes, they just don't sound like a true Ducati, to be honest I am quite disappointed with the exhaust note, my other V-twin (
Honda VTR 1000 Fire Storm) with
Microns sounds far better. Having said that my
VTR sounds muffled too with the original pipes, but they are useful once a year
I think a 'Cat By-Pass' is a must, apart from the obvious environmental issues, it does nothing to enhance the performance or sound of the bike, in fact it chokes and strangles it - A complete new exhaust system is my next target, not sure yet which one but
Staintune and
Arrow are quite popular but I want to see and listen to several different makes and learn from their owners the pros and cons before I make my decision.
