| Mine has a small spring steel clip that slides over both edges of the panel. The 4mm fixing screw threds into that. Look at the fixings up on the headlight frame that hold the RH side panel, same I think. NLA from ducati though but Halfords do Odd Packs that have a very similar item. Do you want a pic?
