No, it's available for Class A or Class B as it hasn't been used in those classes for a year and my understanding is your not going to be registering for Class A this year.
If Dallas or Andy don't use their numbers in DD this year they will become available next year, others have had there numbers passed on either with the bikes they sold or becasue they have sold their bike and stated they will not be returning to DD
