Put a few drops of oil down the plug holes and turn the motor over by hand using the rear wheel and having it in gear - ensures there's some lubrication to the bores.

Clean the air filters.
Check the airbox for any crap inside it
Clean and lube the brake pad pins
Check the lights etc.
Clean & lube the chain
When you do the oil don't forget the gauze filter.
Clutch pushrod and clutch fluid.

When you fire it up don't rev it at all - let it tick over for a few minutes to ensure oil gets around the motor - especially those rockers.
