I guess by now that you all saw the picture of Shakey in MCN, I had not heard from him so I decided to give him a call last night. As is so often the case Shane put on a brave face and was keen to be with us on this date but was clearly still going to be in pain, with this in mind I made the decision to advise him to stand down for this one. I know from personal experience how hard back pain can be to deal with and if he is not well then trying to look like you are enjoying yourself when you are in pain is not fair.

We have decided to run the day as PACE instead and have offered all those who have booked the existing day a replacement with Shakey on the 28th of July or indeed any of the up and coming SPORTS DAYS + they are still invited to this one.

A good result for them, now one for you.

Because we run more No’s on PACE than we do on SPORTS we have some spaces left, because in is short notice they are very inexpensive when booked online.

Four ESS Instructors will be available on a first come first serve basis all day and Yellow courses are now available on the day.

Now as this is last minute please remember you will have to have £10.00 to hire your transponder or a £200.00 refundable cash deposit. The bracket to hold the transponder can be purchased on the day for £5.00 or borrowed with the £5.00 as a deposit.
