Anybody know the history of this bikeor know the bike?

Looks to be standard save for has termi full system

Concerned re the frame as it has what is best described as pimples all over the frame - worse at the triangles and they appear to be be bad paint - cant understand why this wasnt warranty claimed and doubt ducati will touch a warranty claim on it now

Anyone assist?
