Exhaust popping is due to the bike running lean. You may be able to correct this by adjusting the fuel trim/CO to richen things up. Are you using Ducatidiag/JpDiag? If so, with the use of the software and a Gas Analyser (like a Gunson) you can adjust the fuel trim/CO. A number of forum members (myself included) have invested in equipment to reflash the IAW5* ECU as fitted to your bike. We are able to change the mapping of the ECU. The Ducati Performance (DP) mapping is a good starting point for any exhaust mods. The process is reversible. PM me if you want more information. |
