| Without removing the cans - Fit some mole grips to the long end of an allen key. Hook the short end of the allen key around the vertical bar on the baffle. Then whack the mole grips with a hammer. Worked on mine. Seems that the short sharp shock does the trick better than trying to grip the baffle with pliers and pulling it out.
