| Not having a 749, but could it be a case of the TPS needing resetting, I know they need resetting if you swap ECUs but how are they affected by either battery removal orbattery volts dropping below a certain level.
As 'Its Me' also suggests checking the TPS I would get along to a Ducati specialist and have it checked/reset
