and have taken the CBT crutch test, Nurse, my broth has gone home so I am solo, had 2 days just"bumming" around and have tried to rest the left shoulder as it does not help putting weight on it, even thou it's only 60Kg !!

Had a good day at Silverstone Sat and had a chat with Murray Walker who had me in stitch's with some of his comments such as, what did they say" Sorry mate I did not see you"
Such a wit, apparentley he had a ear infection on Sunday, was that my fault
Re build plans continuing with help from some club members and others
