| I've had 2 multis but never owned an ST. I went for the multi cos it was more upright, wider barred and with its long travel suspension better on bumpy roads and tighter twisty B roads, when touring I tend to use more A/B roads than fast motorways so it was preferable to have this rather than high speed performance. if you ride in the cold or winter you can add hand guards and heated grips useful if you are heading to the Alps early or late season as well. Later models (05 on) have the higher screen and more comfy seat, both are worth having. |
