you need to resize the pic first. The software that came with your scanner should be able to do this.
The DP ECU that came with my bike was completely out when it comes to optimum settings. As you can see from the graphs I only started with 132hp. The rest of the power came from the PC (yes Power Commander) adjustments.
Do not listen to anyone that tells you that can fix it via mathesis because the air/fuel ratios are all over the place.
Duane from Ultimap (FIM) will have a replacement ECU available towards the end of this year, which will be the best solution.
