| i dunno, but as a crime it doesn't seem to rate highly with the police who are understaffed and under funded - so bike crime is a hit-and-miss thing.
and i wouldn't be surprised that those doing the stealing know this - so it is a "soft" crime. not a lot of pressure from insurance companies to do something about it either.
a sting would be good tho' hmmmmmmmmmmm. |
