Ray - this isn't for the track, I've attached timers to each one of the staff!!!
I've put them all on a productivity bonus, and this way i can see how long it takes them to make the cucumber sandwiches (without crusts), mow the croquet lawn, feed the polo ponies and serve up tea and tiffin!!!
If they don't complete these tasks in less than 4 minutes whilst ironing the papers, they're oyt!!!
