Turn the screws at the top of the forks clockwise till you hit the stop—then 12 clicks anti-clockwise to decrease damping and return to the factory setting. BTW about half of the magazine tests of superbikes set fork rebound damping at 4 clicks out. For the shock, kneeling at left side of bike, turn the knob anti-clockwise to decrease damping till you hit the stop. Then turn the knob clockwise and count the clicks.
