| If you don't mind the potential to set off with the sidestand down. Remove the switch completely, unplug the connector and link the two wires together in the half of the plug that remains in the bike.
Linking the two remaining wires is vital and you need to make sure they stay linked cos the engine won't run at all if they are not joined.
