you have been selected to recieve our award winning broadband at a massivley reduced rate, How does that sound Mr Pullen."

"Only £12.97 a month for a year"
I am paying less than that
"Oh, how much????"
£12.87 a month from Orange, and that is perminant
"So you will not be wanting our award winning broadband then Mr Pullen"
