Tony, why register it with company???
Only reasons I can think of are maintenance and repairs - e.g. if for some unknown reason the mudgaurd or fairing were to fall over in the garage and get scratched...for instance

Surely a suitable mileage on the bike would attract a mileage rate which could (if sufficient in number) attract a better return than ownership by company. Has your accountant given depreciation or tax figures?
Lots of questions to ask before you commit to letting your company "own" your bike.
