| You shouldn't need to alter the preload setting-I often have Jo on the back(granted she only weighs 8stone) and a couple of turns on the adjuster does it perfectly. Even fully loaded 2 up with luggage it never needs full adjustment. The hydraulic adjuster gives a lot of movement.
