| Frame question help please.
I have just bought a Ducati frame as well as other bits to build up a hybrid bike.
Im a Ducati virgin but I think the frame, which I have to apply for the v5 is a 916.
Numbers on headstock look unmolested but a few digits are hard to read because of rust (its not in the best condition).
Numbers read ZDM9--S * 00xxxx * Where the two -- is very difficult to see thought it was 00 but could be 16. The xxxx are clearly visable just for security.
As I say I think this is a 916 (or could it be an SS frame) so should the -- read 16, would that make sense. Or could anyone point me to where I could find out so I can apply for v5. Thanks |
