Expectant of a wet BH Weekend I'm doing some detailed cleaning & degreasing

The rear sprocket is shocking.

Any advice on a good degreaser. Also, if I remove the sprocket from the wheel is there an order in which I should torque up the 5 nuts..........going round opposite to opposite??
