I hear that there are were plenty 749R's that went to Japan... unfortunately, the language barrier is going to make it tough for me to find them.

Welcome aboard and mines a nice rioja. Nearly bought a 749R myself after being made some pretty tempting offers. Only thing put me off was the servicing costs so I bought a 996SPS instead with which I am extremely happy
