Photos of your 748 - 99*

Right, I'm having a dilemma on wheather to have my frame, swingarm, bottom clamp, headlight bucket and wheels finished in black gloss or satin, I'm leaning towards the satin though.

So if you have had your frame done in either of these could you please send some pics of the left and the right side of your bikes.

Cheers dave

I am going through exactly the same dilemma at the moment although my wheels are currently being powder coated gloss black, so I'd be interested to see too!!

its where you get a metallic type finish, over a mirror polish.
AK has his special done in it - and my bruv is just getting his S'triple's wheels done with polished rims & black .

Andy (rider of Bike #36 most of this season), does it as his job as well as std painting - as some will tell you having seen his 'boozy' R1 at meetings (Donny/Brands)

The wheels on this one were painted in 2k gloss black, thought about powder coating but if they get chipped and moisture gets under the coating its bad news, paint can always be touched in.But you pays your money and.......

Looks like a few people are thinking the same, the 748 on the pro-bolt stand at the NEC had a satin black frame and looked nice (wish I'd taken photos now).
I've just had my wheels done satin black and played with the picture in paint not photoshop (must learn to use that )
