The Sil motor ones would have been my choice if they were out when I had mine. The Termi back box and catless downpipes looks tidy, but is over a grand but you do get the ECU for that as well.......eventually hey Tantrum

Ian,

Your bike looks great as do your wheels, very nice.

Those pipes are definitely something to drool over and I bet they sound awesome. I love the option regarding the removable baffles, very useful particularly around MOT time !!!

That’s the problem with the stock or standard pipes, they just don't sound like a true Ducati, to be honest I am quite disappointed with the exhaust note, my other V-twin (Honda VTR 1000 Fire Storm) with Microns sounds far better. Having said that my VTR sounds muffled too with the original pipes, but they are useful once a year

I think a 'Cat By-Pass' is a must, apart from the obvious environmental issues, it does nothing to enhance the performance or sound of the bike, in fact it chokes and strangles it - A complete new exhaust system is my next target, not sure yet which one but Staintune and Arrow are quite popular but I want to see and listen to several different makes and learn from their owners the pros and cons before I make my decision.

Take care and safe motorcycling.

Just fitted the Ducati Performance Race Manifold, (ok, so it's a cat bypass then). Looks good. Really good.

Remus Revolution pipes due any day to finish it off nicely.

I've owned this bike a week so far and i've got the serious accessorising bug:

DP hugger
DP alu filler cap
DP carbon belt covers
DP cat bypass
Remus cans.
Ventura luggage.

I caught myself looking at performance engine bits earlier too.
