CAM BELT TENSIONING

At present fitting new cam belts. The haynes manual says the correct tension is 2.5 lowener units. My tension gauge reads in KG, does anyone know the conversion.

Hi,

Not sure if it applies to your bike but the best internet guide I've I seen for tensioning is:

http://www.ducatisuite.com/home.html

Look under "advanced"

Good Luck - Frank

Search old board

Mate, You need to check out the old board and do a search on belts.

Been discussed at length and will give you a few ideas me thinks.

Best of luck mate.
