Sorry for being flippant Jody & hope you get sorted soon. Best to get it to a dealer/ Ducati specialist and get it checked over.

Haven't you got any compromising pictures of her that you can threaten her with & stick those up on the web. There's plenty of PhotoShop experts on here who can add a bit of poetic licence.

Failing that................pay a few bob, get a solicitor to write a letter to her claiming all the damages, repair bill, solicitors cost etc...............failing payment of which you will take her to court with all incremental costs to be recovered. Scare her into paying up and take a settlement.

I'm going to say to her that I'll report it to the Police unless she pays. She also broke a couple of pairs of my Oakleys, and gave me a clout round my ear, along with her brother who was there. So that hurts, not as much as the bike though!

I won't go in to much detail, but basically we'd been out - seperately, we'd both been drinking despite her saying she wouldn't, and she went down my phone while I was asleep - claimed to be looking for some pics. She found a couple of texts a friend of mine had sent (female friend - innocent tho) and she just went mad, jumped to all sorts of conclusions about me meeting up with her etc.

So guys beware! I'm going to make sure not to get another insanely jealous girlfriend, and I'm going to save all the girls I know under Bob, or James something like that! I don't want this to happen again

Ouch. Seems like you've suffered some injustice. Good luck finding somewhere to live etc. Top tip: always delete everything from your phone at the end of each day. Make it a rule, like taking your lenses out or earrings off no matter how ****ed you get. After a while, it will become 2nd nature. Or so I hear!!!
