New tyres

I'm after some new tyres for my 748 and was looking at a place in London called fwr tyres. They have a pair of Dunlop D208 for £159.Has anyone bought from fwr,and if so ,were the tyres good at this sort of price.

I've bought tyres from them before - good chaps and cheap too. Rode in once and got a set fitted while I waited, second time I got a pair delivered. I was on Bridgestone BT010's at the time and I can't remember how much i paid for them, but £159 sounds cheap from memory for them fellas.

Ade.

Forgot to say, I'd recommend a pair of Pirelli Diablos for the 748 though...

FWR

FWR were recommended to me by a mate.

They are very honest, suggested to me I could have my michelin pilot sports repaired if I wanted, but I dont like to skimp on tyres and the dirty big nail was the excuse I needed to change to Diablos. Great tyres.

Rode in and they were changed straight away. the Diablos, were £200 fitted. 180 on the rear, as recommended above.

People were arriving from as far away as Woking when I was in, which says something.
