More Bling for my bike

As racing in DD did not cost me an arm & leg as I stuck to a budget I have just been able to get some more bling for my bike, which bike i'm not totally sure yet, it will be either the 998 Hybrid or the 955 Corse.

Sorry about the pic quallity it was taken with my phone

Oooh ... now calipers, pads ... OUCH!

That's a fair old investment I would have thought Skids!

AP callipers from Harris will set me back about £530 with pads although in the meantime I will probably fit GSXR or R1 callipers, two sets went on Ebay yesterday for under £70

I'll stick with the P34's that come with her for now I think!

But then I'm a bit skint at the moment, being an unemployed git!

Yep Jon they are 108mm spacing which is why the 100mm spaced Brembo Radials being sold by Cissbury aren't going to fit.
I am told GSXR and R1 ones will fit but I may have to get out and measure some up. I'll probably pop up to see Dallas tomorrow to check out the spacing on his ZX10R Calipers.
May also have to pop into the odd bike shop with my verniers to check out some others

on this web site they list the 100mm caliper for use on Ducati and Aprilia only
http://www.hardracing.com/Brembo/BremboMC.htm

Lots of 108mm calipers around so maybe this is what the jap bikes use and according to this web site they do indeed

well I got hold of some cheap Radial calipers off a GSXR, pads were like new but the callipers don't look much in black. So I have now gone for a set of Radials off the latest R1 and they are a lot better to look at and should sufice until someone does me a blinding deal on either some APs or Brembos.
