Sevice...The dreaded phone call

The 748R went in for it`s 6,000 mile service today and I got THAT call, good news and bad news, bad news rocker worn, good news it`s only one.
I gave ducati uk a call, full offical ducati service history, thay pay for the part and I pay for labour, wrong !! thay said they only helped a few people out and they would have to send an area manager to the store to check the failed part, which all takes time and I am back at work tommrow.
Iam i right or wrong thinking ducati will pay for parts

Stamp your feet, but if its got full official Ducati service history the least you should get is the cost of the parts (rocker plus gaskets etc.). Mine had full independent service history and cost me 3 grand for repairs. Don't let them fob you off. Good luck.
