Newbie

Hi folks
Just saying hello.
Test rode the 1000DS yesterday. Didn't know something that tall could be so much fun, even for a short arse like me. Ordered the S though - wanted the better suspension
These things are stupid fun on B roads so I hope the extra dosh for the S makes it even better. Gave the demonstrator back with an empty tank.
Only criticism is it doesn't sound as good as my 900ss did; bloody eurocrats. I'm sure ther's a cure??
I will be joining the Hampshire group, so hope to see some of you soon. You can help me run the thing in.
Waiting for the delivery date to be confirmed.

Hi Steve and welcome, plenty of Multi fans on here!

Have a search through the posts and you will find plenty of info for the multi.

Had mine more than 2 years now and its the longest I've kept any bike. As you say a great b road machine.

Welcome Steve

Had my multi for three years now, best bike I've ever owned, just spent over two grand on it getting it 'blinged'

re sound stick, a full Staintune system on it, you wont be disappointed, it WILL sound better than your 900ss.

Mines apint of Waggle Dance

Hi Steve, and welcome.

I am the regional organiser for the Hants Region.

If you send me your email address I will add you to my distribution list, that way you will get emails of whatever is going on. roy.andrews@ducatisportingclub.com

Sure you will enjoy the Multi it's a great bike.

Cat bypass will give it a better sound, the Staintune one also improves ground claerance as it is routed under the bike instead of at the side like the original and DP ones.

Cheers, Roy

Does fitting a cat bypass mean a trip to a dyno is in order?
Will it invalidate the warranty?
Anybody been there already
