vibration

I need some help guys.

Ever since I had another engine put in the 996 I get a small vibration through the bars and pegs, which make my hands and feet tingle and after a while my feet go numb

The rear tyre is also nearly worn out but it looks fine.

Could it be that the engine is not sitting in the frame correctly?

if so is there a sequence for tightening engine bolts and is there a correct torque setting for them?
