Dook Battery

Roughly how much would yopu expect to paY for a 998 battery?
And how long should they last ..... my imobilser seems to have a high drain on the battery and it has knackered in 2 years - par for the course?

Mine is nearly 2-years old and still going strong. Bike is fitted with alarm/immobiliser, but bike gets used regularly, so always well charged.

I would try a claim if bike is still in warranty - nothing to loose.

PhantomP,

My battery is just over 2 years old and still going strong.

I reckon it's down to the Optimate I have attached to it at all times.

Well worth the measly £38 if you ask me.
