To get mine sorted I booked a trackday with 100% Bikes who have an Ohlins technician available.
You book him in advance - I think it's £40 for the day this year - and you then get to use his services throughout the day.
He takes your current settings (as a reference) and then makes some recommendations on what it should be set to.
You go out and try them, then go back and tell him what you think and he adjusts as necessary.
As long as you can describe what the bike is doing, and whether you like it or not, it's a really cheap way of getting the bike setup for you.
While you can get advice on settings and the like, if you don't particularly like what it does it can be very difficult to adjust it without really knowing what you're doing, and this is where the technician comes in.
For £40 it's an absolute bargain and there's no better place to test it than on a trackday where you can do the same corners over and over again to compare setting.
