let it heal properly m8...dont rush to get on track and perhaps inflict long-term damage..it is after all only a club race series and your health is far more important.....the last you thing you want is the risk of another " off " with an already weak wrist...

Good stuff. I do agree with Phil though, if you go down the road on it again while it's still healing you could really make a mess of it and add a lot of complications.

We're all idiots though, I'd probably race too .. but you should really have a proper think about it - maybe get some advice from a grown up

Gutted for you Griff - 8 weeks for mine before the cast was off. Physio afterwards. If you're name is Wayne Rooney, then you can get an oxygen treatment and weekly scans and you could be match fit in 5 weeks

Well, there are quite a few bones in a wrist so when you say 'wrist broken' it could be any of the little buggers. I had the misfortune to break my right scaphoid bone in an off, according to the doc it's just about the slowest healing bone in the body. It took 12 weeks to get the plaster off and another couple of weeks of exercise and physio before it was strong enough for my wrist to be useful. Still gives me grief now, 25 years later.

Yup, depends on the break really....

i rode about 4 weeks after braking my right Radius at Donny in race with Derby Phoenix.... hurt a bit... but not during the race... Assuming it's clean and clear... you're fine.
