Sorry to hear that mate.
Looks alot better when its on becouse its red if you know what i mean.
problem is that you have to chose a light with alot of L.E.D'S in them to make the light bright behind the lense. one line is no good for running/brake lights, and are not normally looked upon kindly by the police.
when you veiw the bike from the normal more elevated angle you can hardly see it, which works well.
any suggest on another light i can try would be nice. have try'd new R1 light but to wide.
thanks for input.
Trevor

Trevor when is your man going to have some for sale? What sort of price once you factor in the DSC discount?

Cheers

Never mind constructive crit mate. Its only a bit of a project and i can go back to normal.
Have a set of clear leanses with L.E.D. rear running/brake light and amber bulb winkers and you are right they are smart. (hanging on my wall at the moment). My freind over here in Norfolk is the one who sells them on e-bay under project-r (e-bay shop) but thought i would try somthing dif to get rid of the winkers.
if i could blank out my reg no i would put a picture up.
the winter evenings fly by over here.

Trevor999. I've fitted the LEDs into the reflector behind the standard lens.
See here: http://ducatisportingclub.com/xmb/vi...6342#pid144590

No probs with veiwing angle or brightness but I know what you mean.

Personally, I actually quite like the standard rear lights, but if somebody came up with a neater solution to the fitting/ heat-sink arrangement it would look a whole lot better. Anybody seen anything like that?
