ps: Are you going to Stafford next month?

Hi Gary, just picked this thread up again. All the pix I posted on the 'other' site have disappeared, the forum blew a fuse and reset itself back to June!
PACE got the job in the end, so having looked at the pic posted here, I reckon I'll be a happy chappy too. Pix a bit too big to post, and not sure how to reduce (pic' reducing guru's.....?)
News on the bike is, just waiting on one more bit and she's done.
Can't wait!!!
I'm back home mid Oct' (so I'll have to), so could well be at the show, but not sure the bike will. We'll see, if I can arrange transport then yeah. Mart' at Ducati Mancs wants to use the bike as a display piece see, I'll twist his arm to sort it.
Deffo still going to do track days on her though.

Are you going to put yours on show at Staffs, if so I'll make a concerted effort and we'll get two at the same place. That'll be worth doing.

Ains.

Hi Ains,
Reckon I could get mine down for the weekend too, never really thought about putting it on display but if Martin wants 2 he can have it there as well.

Bear in mind that not all 8xx rads are the same.
851 are straight, 888/SP are curved and have fan lugs and the SP4S/Corse don't have fan lugs and are cored differently to standard.

I've sent off an eMail to PACE who did my rad, and a couple of other guys who rate their job, to get an idea of what a batch purchase number is and how much it will be per rad.

mmm, maybe I should give them a call as I'm after a corse rad but with the fan lugs in place - I guess we all have different needs, I'm thinking that my 851 straight rad just can't live with the different heat output from that 955 motor.
