Ducati clutch cylinder ...

For the first time, I decided to adapt a non original part on my T.8 !!!
Don't blame me, please !!!!! ...

Last year, I changed the old piston of my clutch cylinder.
My SP.5 clutch group is 100% new, clutch springs included ...
After few kms riding test, I discovered an important DOT.4 leak along side the alternator case.
The cylinder body is now out of order. (Internal erosion ...)

Last week I ordered a new part in Germany from MPL Tuningparts.

Great surprise into the parcel. The item quality is perfect and fits without any problem.
Moreover, the strenght lever is half divided !!!

Here are some interesting pics for you ...

Yep quality piece of kit , I have one on my 851 and did Limousin,France to Bradford UK in 16 hours, approx 750 miles with no pain at all , Last year with the standard clutch cylinder I was lucky if I could do 150 miles before the pain became to much .

Phil, you should be ashamed of yourself....

If you use Photoshop and magnify the last photo a few times, I'm sure that I can see a speck of dust on your alternator case
